UnCapIT
By default Windows XP's Network connections come all bottled up, meaning that as a precaution and to achieve the highest possible level of compatibility across different PCs, Microsoft has capped a lot of the throughput capability of network connections in the Windows XP Operating System. What we have done is to develop UnCapIT, an application that puts the power in your hands and to unleash the full download and upload transfer capacity of your machine.
